Preventive mental health services (FPH) for residents with a residential address in Lørenskog municipality

To make sure you get the best possible help, we would like you to fill out this form. After you’ve submitted it, we will go through your inquiry and consider whether you are in our target group. We will contact you by SMS/phone to inform you about what will happen next. We might recommend that you contact another help service. In case of emergency, or if you need immediate help, please contact your general practitioner (office hours) or 116 117 (legevakt, 24-hour emergency service).

By completing this form, you give FPH permission to create a health record. The information will be treated confidentially, in accordance with the duty of confidentiality in Norwegian law (Forvaltningsloven § 13 and helsepersonelloven § 21 with exceptions by forvaltningsloven § 13b nr. 5 and 6, included helsepersonelloven § 33).

FPH is not the place for you if:
- You are already referred to another mental health care service or are receiving therapy, for instance in specialist health services (DPS) or “Rus og psykisk helse”.
- You want to be assessed for a specific diagnosis, for example ADHD.
- The issues are related to difficulties in your relationship. Please contact Family Welfare Service (Familievernkontoret) Nedre Romerike: 46616830.
- You want healthcare related to pain or ME/fatigue. Please contact your general practitioner.
- You want long-term psychotherapy.
- Are you a student? We recommend that you contact Studentsamskipnaden Oslo (SiO) first. Read more here.
- Do you have private health insurance or access to an occupational health service through your employer? We recommend that you primarily check out what they can offer.
